What should I do if the speaker seems hanged up with no response to any key action?
Please hold "-" key for 10s to reset the speaker and then charge it for at least 30 min. After that, please turn on the speaker again to see if it's working. In general case, speaker battery may be empty, please charge up the speaker again.
How can I reset the speaker volume?
When the speaker is playing music, please press [+] and [-] key together, you will see the speaker LED flash 3 times. The speaker volume is reset to default level, 0dB. Please note that you can only reset the volume when the speaker is playing, not in the standby mode.
How can I switch the speaker connection between USB dongle and ONEbox.micro?
In a kit set, the speakers are already paired with USB dongle and ONEbox.micro. You can simply switch the speaker connection by selecting speaker menu: Change connection
Step:
1. Make sure you power up the transmitter which you wish to switch to
2. Turn on the speaker
3. Press + key for 2 seconds to enter speaker menu, until you hear "report status"
4. Press + key again and you will hear "Change connection"
5. Press - key to confirm and you will hear "searching"
6. The speaker will start searching other available transmitter.
When it finished, you will hear "connected to [transmitter name]"
7. Repeat step 1-6 for the other speaker.
What should I do if I forgot the password of ONEbox.micro?
Please reset the ONEbox.micro in order to reset the password.
How can I reset the ONEbox.micro ?
1. Power off the ONEbox.micro.
2. Press and hold the centre key of ONEbox.micro, at the same time, power up the ONEbox.micro,
DO NOT release the key, please keep pressing the the centre key for 10s, until you see the flashing Red LED
turns to Blue LED.
3. The Blue LED will stay on for 60s during the reset process
4. After 60s, the reset process completes, the Blue LED will not stay on anymore.
No surround on movie play by Blu-Ray or online TV ?
ONEbox can read surround encoded signal on optical port, support format DTS and Dolby. Detected optical format is shown on main page on smartphone, you will see “Surround 5.1 DTS” or “Surround 5.1 Dolby”. If it shown “LPCM 48KHz”, that mean your device (either Blu-Ray player or TV) convert surround to stereo 2.0.
To enable surround signal on optical port, please make sure :

You have select Blu-Ray disc menu audio setup up is surround, DTS has better sound quality than Dolby.

Digital output of Blu-Ray player is set by auto or bypass, never use LPCM output.

If you use HDMI cable connect to your TV, then TV output digital audio on optical port, make sure your TV digital output format is set to auto or bypass, never use LPCM output.
Why does my center speaker not working in music play?
Center speaker only works in 5.1 surround mode. In stereo play, center speaker will not play in order to maintain the most accurate sound stage.
How to set up surround play in PS4?
1. Please select "Primary Output Port" to "DIGITAL OUT (OPTICAL)"
2. Select all Dolby and DTS, after that, the optical output of PS4 will have Dolby/DTS output (your DVD has Dolby 5.1 output).

Why does the ONEbox sometimes hang up?
Please make sure that you are using a high current USB data cable to power up the ONEbox.
What should I do if the speaker cannot function properly or the system hanged up?
Hold power off key for 10 sec to reset the speaker.
What should I do if the two speakers seem lost linking?
Normally, if two speakers are linked, you can perform some actions (i.e. power-off, adjust speaker volume) once, the remaining speaker will follow. If you find that two speakers are not linked, please try doing the pairing procedure again. read more

Why does it take much longer time to charge up the speaker when I use my own charging cable?
Charge time depends on USB adaptor current rating and USB cable current rating. To enjoy the shorter charge time, please use our high current rating charging cable.
Can I replace the battery inside the speaker?
No, you can't replace the battery inside speaker. Battery is perfectly embed in our speaker in order to optimise the performance.
