DECT firmware upgrade

1. Please download corresponding firmware for your ONEaudio model. Mismatch firmware will cause

malfunction of the product.

2. To upgrade firmware of battery powered hardware, please make sure it is at least 50% charged.

3. You can always reset the product to factory primary firmware if you encounter any problems.

DECT chipset upgrade

1. Windows PC, other OS is not suitable at this moment.

2. Micro USB cable, commonly used in connecting mobile phone to PC. (The USB charging cable

provided in our box will not work for upgrade as it just has charging function only.)

4. Run ONEaudio USB Firmware Upgrade Tool Vx.x.rar and it will self-extract, then run

OneAudioUSBFWUToolV3.3.exe, user interface will be like this:

5. If you cannot run firmware upgrade tool, please check your internet security option, demo video:

6. If you still cannot open it, please install below driver from Microsoft:

1. Connect ONEaudio hardware (speaker/dongle/console box) to PC.

- Remember to connect ONLY 1 ONEaudio hardware to PC during firmware upgrade, otherwise

the Firmware Upgrade Tools will not function.

- For the first time connection, please wait 30 seconds for auto-installation of driver to complete.

- For Microbox, please connect with this port:

2. If the tool can detect the ONEaudio hardware, you can see SW Version number.

3. Click "Browse" and choose the firmware file you just downloaded, then press "Upgrade and run

initialization.

4. Upgrade process will run for 1-2 minutes.

5. If upgrade is finished, you will see "Firmware upgrade is completed...".

6. Upgrade process complete, the pairing information is deleted. After you have upgraded all ONEaudio

hardware, you need to pair with speakers/subwoofer to dongle/console box, please read to Pairing Procedure.
